Nedbank ID simplifies all electronic banking logins to a unique username and password combination that provides a holistic view of all your relationships and products with us. By using an email address as a username, it is easy to remember your login details for us.

Two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication is a key element of secure digital banking as it prevents phishing. We offer a choice of two-factor authentication mechanisms, using either:

• a physical token; and/or
• the Nedbank Business Authenticator app. This will generate a secure message for you to approve on your mobile device on each log in.
