• Arranging and underwriting senior, junior and mezzanine finance on a non-recourse/limited-recourse/project finance basis for projects with players across the infrastructure, TMT and public sector industries.
• Arranging and underwriting senior, junior and mezzanine finance on an on-balance-sheet basis for large corporates across the infrastructure, TMT and public sector industries.
• Providing acquisition finance/back-leverage/equity gearing through debt or preference share structures that enable the acquisition of shares through special-purpose vehicles.
• Providing working capital options such as revolving credit facilities, bridging finance and working capital finance for project companies.
